First of all, raw materials need to be selected before production.

Blister production is mainly PP, PS, PVC and PET these 4 types of materials.

PS material hard sheet low density, poor toughness, generally used to produce a variety of industrial blister tray;

PVC material has moderate toughness, is not easy to burn,PVC is easy to heat bonding, can use sealing machine and high-frequency machine edge sealing, is the main raw material for the production of transparent blister products, our macaron display tower is made of food grade PVC plastic, hardness is good and can be reused;

PET material hard sheet toughness, high transparency, show the product effect is good, and can be recycled and recycled, combustion does not produce harmful gas, belongs to environmental protection materials, suitable for high-grade blister products. PET material are considered an ideal packaging material for environmental protection and are used in our macaron blister packaging and PET clear box.

By comparing the characteristics of these materials, you can know that the choice of raw materials for our products is in line with food safety and can directly contact with food.

Secondly, after selecting good production materials, we need to produce molds. Mold is divided into gypsum mold, electrolysis copper mold, aluminum alloy mold.

The lowest cost is plaster mold, by electroplated copper mold, and the most expensive is aluminum mold

Aluminum mold has the advantages of high precision and the contour and Angle of the product produced are more beautiful, and the durability is very high, more durable, energy-saving, high production efficiency and low reject rate. This is the permanence of the mold.

It takes 5-7 days to complete the mold production. Then, the plastic raw materials are put on the machine to soften and vacuum indoor air is sucked clean. After the plastic sheet is cooled, the same concave packaging or process mold with the mold is obtained.

After blister molding plastic products, through the punch press, the large sheet is cut into a single product with a knife die, and then classified, packed and encased, the goods can be sent to your hands.
